“Rooster” was a 1999 stallion registered with both AQHA & APHA, sired by the legendary Gallo Del Cielo and out of Lenas Little Smarty. His sire is one of the most impactful stallions in reining, cutting, and reining cowhorse disciplines, with over $5.8 million dollars in progeny earnings. Rooster’s dam, Lenas Little Smarty, was an exceptional mare with $7,580.16 in earnings herself.
Rooster went on to have a successful show career with 12.5 AQHA points, and qualified for the AQHA World Show in the Open Senior Reining. He is the sire of money earners in multiple disciplines.
